Let’s talk about barista’s taste.

Faced with this little cup of sour water, I get lost. What is the flavor of coffee? Why does every barista become inspired and talkative after sipping a bit of coffee?However , no matter how hard I try, I only end up claiming “there seems to be flower taste in it …” Normally I am pretty confident with telling the difference between the taste of apricot and peach, even with my eyes closed. but when it comes to coffee, it doesn't work. Its flavor is so # indescribable#.
